• Eligible for Refund: If we fail to provide the UPC code within the promised timeframe, or if the provided UPC code is invalid and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours, a 100% refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
• Not Eligible for Refund: Once a valid UPC code has been generated and delivered to you, the sale is considered final. We cannot issue refunds if you change your mind, fail to visit the telecom retailer before the UPC expires, or provide incorrect porting details.

Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account depending on your payment gateway.
